PRE-INFORMATION FORM
Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you are informed of the following before completing your order.

2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS
The kind, type, quantity, material, dimensions, colour and all essential characteristics of the product you wish to buy are set out in detail on the relevant product page. Product images are for illustration; small colour differences may appear depending on your screen settings.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
- All prices shown on the site are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
- No shipping charge is made for deliveries within Türkiye. For international shipments the shipping cost is shown separately at checkout.
- You can pay by credit card, debit card or the other payment methods offered on the site.
- The total amount payable before ordering (price of the goods + shipping, if any) is shown on the order summary screen.
- Announced prices are valid until they are updated.
4. DELIVERY
- Delivery is made to the address you give when ordering, through our contracted courier company.
- Orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment being approved; transit time within Türkiye averages 1–3 business days.
- The maximum legal delivery period is 30 (thirty) days.
- If you see damage to the parcel, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to record a damage report.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
- Send your notice of withdrawal by email to info@viracasa.com or call 0544 665 17 80.
- For returns under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is borne by the seller; the return must be sent with the contracted courier company we tell you.
- The product must be returned complete and unused, with its box, packaging and any accessories.
- Your payment is refunded within 14 (fourteen) days of your withdrawal notice reaching us.
6. WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for made-to-order products, products whose protective packaging, tape or seal has been opened and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, perishable products, or products which after delivery are mixed with other goods and cannot be separated.
7. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS
Please send your requests and complaints to us first, through the contact channels above. If no resolution is reached, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your area within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. Applications may also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) via e-Devlet.
8. CONFIRMATION
By confirming your order you declare that you have been informed of everything set out in this Pre-Information Form and that you accept the Distance Sales Agreement.
