Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to anywhere in Türkiye; there is no minimum order value.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order is handed to the courier within 2 business days of payment being approved. Delivery inside Türkiye with DHL takes 1–3 business days on average. Courier companies do not work at weekends or on public holidays, so orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.
Which courier do you ship with?
We ship with DHL. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the order is dispatched.
What are your return conditions?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. It is enough that the item is unused and is sent back complete in its original box.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns under the right of withdrawal, ViraCasa covers the shipping cost. Please contact us before sending a return and use the DHL return code we give you.
When will I get my money back?
Your payment is refunded within 14 days at the latest once your return request reaches us. For card refunds, it can take a further 2–10 business days for your bank to post the amount.
What should I do if an item arrives broken?
If you see the parcel crushed, torn or wet, ask the courier to record a damage report and do not accept the delivery. If you open the parcel and find a broken item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging; we will replace it free of charge or refund you.
How are fragile items packed?
Ceramic, porcelain and glass items are wrapped individually in foam and bubble wrap and shipped in suitable boxes with shock-absorbing filler.
How many people and how many pieces are the breakfast sets?
Our breakfast sets serve 6 and have 14 pieces. Every set includes serving plates, oval platters and bowls in different sizes.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Our ceramic and porcelain items are dishwasher safe. Bamboo items are not recommended for the dishwasher; washing them by hand with warm water and a sponge and leaving them dry will make the bamboo last longer.
What materials are your products made from?
Breakfast sets and mugs are ceramic, cup sets are fine porcelain, and serving boards, chopping boards and spice rack stands are natural bamboo.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Most of our cup sets and breakfast sets come in their own box and can be given as a gift with no extra wrapping.
How do I use a discount code?
A website-exclusive 15% discount is applied automatically in the cart; you do not need to enter a code. If you create an account and enter the code HOSGELDIN10 at checkout on your first order, you get a further 10% on top, for a total discount of 25%.
Do I need an account to order?
An account is not required; you can order as a guest. However, the HOSGELDIN10 welcome discount is only valid for registered customers placing their first order.
